| Guide pratique de la Thaïlande La Thaïlande est un pays où l'on peut voyager pour pas cher du tout. Si vous êtes débrouillard ,avec à peine 15 à 20 euros (par jour et pour une personne,bouffe, hébergement et transports) vous pourrez passer de superbes vacances. Mais pour Bangkok,comptez un peu plus pour la nourriture. Sans parler des endroits touristiques comme les îles du Sud ( Koh Samui, Kho Phi Phi,Phuket etc...)Pensez à apporter un peu plus de sous pour vous trouver un hébergement. Il faut savoir qu'un salaire moyen de fonctionnaire en Thaïlande est d'environ 5000 bahts/mois.(Soit à peine plus de 110 euros!). La monnaie du pays est le baht (THB,divisé en 100 salags).Vous trouverez des pièces de 1 , 5,10,25 et 50 baht. Vous reconnaîtrez les pièces de 50 et 25 salags par leur matière de cuivre jaune. Les billets de banque de 20 bahts sont en vert et ceux de 50 en bleu. Ceux de 100 bahts sont en orange,ceux de 500 en violet et ceux de 1000 en gris. Rarement vous trouverez ceux de 10 bahts mais si jamais vous en voyez ,ils sont en marron. A noter que les billets de banque rendent hommage au Roi RAMA IX, donc soyez respectueux envers la famille royale. C'est une famille qui aident beaucoup les pauvres en Thailande.Alors respect!  Concernant les langues en Thaïlande ,il y en a plusieurs. On retrouve du chinois , l'issam (population du Nord-est,ces derniers sont mélangés avec les laotiens)ainsi que d'autres dialectes (Karen,Yao, H'mong,...). Comme vous vous doutiez bien ,il y a un décalage horaire entre la Thaïlande et la France par exemple. +5heures en été et + 6h00 en hiver.
